OK, sorry I haven't posted in like three months. I have been really busy so I will give you the run down. All Stars started this long pause in posting. So, I went to Juneau for all-stars and we took a ferry up there. We had won four games straight and I was a big hitter. We had beat Juneau once already and they had come back to face us in the championship. So the championship is single elimination, it was Juneau verses Ketchikan, and they threw there best pitcher and he shut us out. He pitched almost a no hitter and there hole team hit the ball on us. Dad and I had to come back to town on a plane so that we wouldn’t miss camp. So we got in Sunday at 7:00 a.m. and hung out until church.
On Monday we went out to camp. The whole family got to go this year so that was pretty cool. Out at camp we saw a bear at least once a day if not more. It rained almost the whole time and we swam every day. The rain made all the game more fun slipping and sliding on all the grass. This was my last year being a camper, next year I might be a junior counselor. That just about raps camp up. Then three days after camp we went out to a lodge and met some friends.
We were out there for three or four days. We saw some bears there and we hiked this really tough trail. When we stopped to fish, we saw a bear in the river. It was slowly making it’s way toward us, and we yelled and clapped but it wasn’t scared of us. We hiked the rest of the trail and went wading out on a sand bar. Then we hiked back. We went swimming almost every day rain or shine.
When we got back into town we cleaned the house and then two days later had some friends come to town. They got to go out to a cabin for two days, they got to ride four wheelers and go shrimping and swimming. When we came back into town that afternoon we went on a fishing trip. We caught around 18 fish we caught one silver and the rest were pinks.
The next day our friends went on another fishing trip and caught one pink and the rest were silvers but this time they only caught 8 all together. Then the day before they left we went zip lining there were 6 zips, one repel, and one slide around 250 feet long. It was super fun.
Then they left and that was it.
Now we don’t have anything else for a while. That is why I have not been able to post for around three months.
