Demolition day

Today a bunch of city people showed up and they started breaking up the park and now they are hopefully they are going to rebuild the new one. Here are some pictures.

Snowing in march???

Wow, yesterday it started snowing! And I don't mean like just a sprinkle of snow ... I mean like it was poring snow, like someone took an enormous bucket filled it with snow and dumped it on Ketchikan. It was ridiculous, now I am not complaining, I love the snow but come on make up your mind weather. Anyways my mom is back from her trip, we all got clothes and we all loved them and thank you to thoughs of you who helped her shop. Other then that there isn't very much to report, so I hope all of you are healthy and here are some picture of the snow.

Amazing Day

Today is a amazing day the sun is shine it is slightly warm but still is really cold. We are thinking about going out to ward lake to walk around it and maybe start a fire. I don't know yet but I will keep you updated hope you are having an amazing day like us here are some pictures.

Changed the blog again.

      Sorry I changed the blog again but I liked it better the old way and I brought back the fish. Anyway today we did something weird that I thought was super fun. It is something that you wouldn't normally think about doing but since charlie cant really eat anything we decided to make her Jello. I came up with the idea to try and eat Jello through a straw. It was kind of weird but also really cool because 1 it worked and 2 you can make different designs in the jello depending on where you try and eat it from. Here are some picture of it enjoy.

Today I was thinking and the one thing that always comes to my mind is the word example. What do we do to set a good example? What kind of example do I set everyday? Things like that and I came up with this to help show and explain how I TRY and set an example. Hope you enjoy and I hope it makes you think about how you try and set an example.

Knights, Braces, Comments

Tonight the Knights from Schoenbar battled the Kayhi Kings and we the Schoenbar knight almost beat the kings. We lost, But it was a brutal battle at the half we were down by 14 and at the end we lost by 7.
 Charlie is getting braces on Wednesday she got her spacers in a couple of days ago. When she gets them on I will post a picture.

Rooms are Done

The new room upstairs is done! Charlie and Simon moved in to it last week it is pretty small here are some pictures.

Change On The Blog

Hey, sorry I changed the blog and didn't tell you. I changed it so that you guy could comment if you wanted too, the web site didn't have any really colorful templates that still aloud you to comment that is why it is black and white. Now when you get on and scroll down to the bottom of the post there should be a space where you can write comments. After you write it you just hit the publish button and it should publish it right below the post so everyone can see and read it. Hope everyone had a great valentines filled with lots of candy, friends and sweethearts that it for today.

Charlie's Birthday Party ...

We survived, we made it through the birthday. It was a lot of fun for charlie I think but all the boys kind of just hunkered down and waited for it to get over. I went to the Kayhi basketball games so I only had to wait a little while until they all got tired. Charlie had a mystery dinner for her dinner and that was fun because half of the girls hadn't done one before and as always there were some really funny parts. Over all it was a pretty good birthday.

Charlie's birthday

Yesterday was charlies birthday and it was pretty fun. We didn't do a whole lot because she is having a party tomorrow. She is have a sleep over and it is going to be crazy she is inviting 5 different girls. It is a good thing the boys are going to the Kayhi games tomorrow, Kayhi is playing Jeaunu and it is going to be a brutal battle as always. That's it for today and I will post about charlie birthday on Sunday or Monday.

JAZZ FEST !!!!!!

Hey Sitka jazz fest was AWESOME !!!!!!!! The best music fest I have ever been to it was SO much fun I can't wait until next year I hope it is half as good as this year. This year it got taken over by and new group of people because the people who did it before we're older and they thought that someone else should take over. I don't know how it happened but the new people did a great job I have zero complaints. They got a really great lady Barbara Morrison who is the most amazing singer I have ever seen or heard she was amazing and she sang with the Great Landers who are a military group that play in an orchestra. And it is the weirdest thing is after you hear her sing it feels like you have known her for a long time it is and we were all laughing because we all felt the same. What I mean by we is the whole jazz band. Hope all is well and that's it for this post.

Sitka Jazz Fest

WooooooooW I am so excited for Sitka Jazz Fest. Sitka Jazz Fest is when the Sitka school invite the all the jazz bands from all the schools around Alaska to meet in Sitka. Then they invite a bunch of professional musicians to come and teach all the kids that go. It is going to be a lot of music in a short amount of time because we are leaving today and coming back on Sunday. I will try and fill you in while I am there but I might be to busy.

We went from sun like in the pictures below to freezing butt cold it is snowing here. It has snowed two inches just from it snowing a little yesterday and today. Not quite enough to build a snow man but close.
 We have all gotten back into the swing of basketball charlies team is doing good. Brock's team played the other day and they were losing at half time and then they held the opposing team to two points in the entire second half. They came back and won the game it was pretty impressive. I have only had two basketball game and we have lost one and won one.
I am going to try and keep up on my post but I am going to jazz fest up in Sitka until Sunday so it might not get to it until then. Hope everyone is healthy.

 

No Place Like Home

    I am so glad that I am finally home, I mean it was fun in Hawaii but after a whole month I was ready to go home. It was really fun we got to do a lot of fun stuff. Like we swam under a waterfall and went to the Queens Baths. One of the things I that we didn't get to do is jump off the waterfall that my mom and dad got to jump off of the last time they were there. Here are some pictures.
