Missy and Mission Imposable

Missy is getting bigger, but she is still really small. She is only a little bit bigger then a men's basketball. Last week we saw the movie Mission Imposable III I think it was really awesome but I need to see the first one and second one, because I got a little confused at the end. After we went to the movie with some friends we made up a game in the snow about the movie it was really fun.

Giant icicles

A few days ago we were driving across the bypass and we decided to stop and knock down some icicles. and here are the pictures. It is also supposed to snow a lot more over the weekend. We are hoping it does so we can go sledding.

Crazy Weather

The weather has been getting a lot warmer and yesterday I thought that the snow was gone until next year but I was wrong. Today when I woke up it was dumping again and it is still snowing now. yesterday I saw some city workers that were carrying a pick ax and a shovel and they were digging out the street drains because the snow was covering them and the streets were flooding with rain I almost got splashed by a car on the way to school.  Missy is getting a lot bigger and still isn't potty trained but we are working on it. I hope every one is healthy and warm and that is it.

8 1/2 inches

We just got dumped on with snow, as soon as it warmed up it started snowing super hard. On Saturday all the basketball games were canceled again so Brock, Simon and I made a huge snow fort that all three of us could fit in. Sadly that very same night it caved in it looked like a big igloo. Also we are not very excited about the Super Bowl teams.  We were all rooting for the 49ers yesterday, but they got beat by the Giants.  Brock is happy because his team, the Patriots, will be in the Super Bowl.

Wikipidia

The temperature has almost set a record it hasn't been this low since 1913. The lowest the temperature got down to was 1 degree it is so funny because when we go to bed we are all waring hats a sweat shirts and sweat pants it looks like we are going to sleep in a tent out camping some where. Did you guys know that Wikipidia is going on 24 hour boycott because the government is making a law that will allow them enforce the law of copy writing and is trying to take control of the Internet.  What do you guys think about it. I think that they shouldn't pass that law because Wikipida will not have all the stuff that they have on there or nearly the amount that they have on there; and that is one of the most visited sites in all the united states. They had a hole article on it in the paper. Email me or leave a comment about it.

temperature drop and sledding

 The temperature has dropped down to ten degrees and the snow is sticking. On Saturday all the basket ball games where canceled and mom was doing the quilters retreat. So we got our sleds together and went out to have lunch with her because she was way out at the end of the road. The snow wasn't plowed yet so we tied the sleds together and then to the back of dad's truck. He pulled us part of the way out there it was really fun. It was also really cold and every one got cold.

Snow !!!!!!

It is dumping snow.  It started this morning and now there is 4 1/2 inches, it is awesome. We are going to go for a walk today and will be taking Missy, our new dog with us.  The snow is taller then she is and it is so funny taking her outside. Also Dad got home safely from his trip to Portland and the people he met with gave a $200,000 dollar gift to finish off phase two of the church building program.  We will start on the inside soon. I will keep you posted.  

Snow and potty training

We are finally getting the snow that we have been praying for, I think. We are getting a little bit but not very much. Missy also got her shots and now we are trying to potty train her to go out side like Jedi but it is not working very well. She had just got used to going on the news paper and now we are switching it up. So it is not going as good. We are still praying for snow. It turns out that the Schoenbar  season might not be over we might play Metlakatla again. We have a practice tomorrow and I will keep you posted. Also thank you for praying for dad he did a great job. Brock and I had to write odes for a writing assignment so here they are.  This is mine.

Ode to my nerf guns by Brock

I love nerf guns, how you shoot so hard.

I can shoot my brother right in the face, then pick up the bullet and I won't leave a trace.
I love you nerf bullets, your so squishy and soft, the only bad thing is your easily lost.
I love you nerf guns so very much, until I brake you, that hurts to the touch.
My mom makes me sell you so that is the end,  I'm sorry to leave you my very good friend.

Church update

Dad just left this morning because we as a church are trying to get some money from the North West District which has never been done before. The district has been following what is happening with the church and asked dad to go down there and give them a proposal. We are also doing a fast as a church and we are starting tomorrow I am trying to go for two days. I don't no if I can though. The church is also coming along nicely. I will keep you posted on what happens.

 

Presidential Primary

Over the next couple of months we are going to be following the Presidential Primary and we are keeping track of the percentages and the votes. Are any of you? Dad has put a chart on the wall and every week we are going to watch the voting show. I think it is going to be a fun project. I was also wondering if any one already has the votes made up, I mean does anyone have there mind made up about who there going to vote for? Puppy

Sorry I forgot to mention any details about the puppy so that is what I am going to do. The puppies name is Missy and it was for Christmas for Charlie. All the boys already knew about it and so did a couple of other people. One of our friends took Missy during Saturday afternoon(Christmas eve) and after we all went to bed our friend brought Missy over and my mom and dad stayed up until 1:00 AM. Then they put Missy in a big box that I rapped and went to bed. Missy was good until about 6:00 AM. Then she woke up and started to wine. So mom had to stay up all morning and you can guess the rest. I am still trying to figure out how to put video on because we recorded it.

Sledding into the New Year!

 Happy New year everyone, you will never guess what we did so I will tell you. First we watched a movie and then Charlie convinced every one to go to the Rec.Center to go roller-skating. We got there at ten thirty and it was packed out, there weren't even enough skates for everyone, so we had to share. Me and dad went to go get rid off our Christmas tree. We went out to the church propriety to do it. It had been snowing all night and when we made the turn to go up the church hill we did a huge fishtail. The road had not even been driven on yet. I got to go down the huge hill on a sled. It was so fun we went back into town, picked up everyone, got our sledding stuff and went and sledding. We didn't even have to walk up after we sledded down because dad followed us down in the truck and gave us a ride back to the top. We started sledding at midnight, and sledded until 1:00am.  Hope you had as much fun as us.
